"The Grind, which is a 24-hour cafe is well stocked and has fresh food daily. I would go there at 5:30 am daily for 2 weeks and see them replace unbought items-meaning that food is always fresh! "

"I work in another hotel so my expectations for the place weren’t high especially after a typhoon. So I’m not suprised that certain things in the hotel is out of order. What I did expect is a certain amount clear communication between guest and staff. Keep in mind I called a day ahead of time before making the booking asking about the laundry/gym/pool and was told that it was ALL working. (Which in fact wasn’t. Laundry-All the dryers were out of order. Pool-Out of order. Gym-Not all equipment was working.) so that was a bit disappointing given that I was told that is was working which in fact wasn’t. Aside from that my family and I did love the room, the floor by floor parking, the kids playroom, and the fact that the place was near boonies. So that gave the kids entertainment enough."

"今回は超大型台風は直撃し、ラウンジが使えず、緊急に1階でのサービス対応となりましたが、食事や飲み物については最大限努力していただいて感謝しております。 ただ2日延泊となりホテルから出られず、缶詰状態となってしまいました。ルームクリーニングは一生懸命やっていただいたと思います。 ただ、残念でしたのは全くバルコニーが使えず、部屋の中にソファーが運び込まれたため、非常に狭い状態でした。 多くの点で通常の場合、よりもサービスは落ちてるので、スタッフからのお詫びの声かけがなかったのも残念でした。 またスポーツジム設備が日航ホテルと共用のため外にあり全く使えず残念でした。 ホテル内にスポーツジムの設置を是非検討ください。"

"We got a room here soon after super typhoon Sinlaku passed. We checked several resorts and the Hyatt was the only one we found who could accept new guests at the time. They seemed to do the best job at preparing for the storm and recovering quickly. We were so appreciative to be able to escape there to have power, water and laundry again. Thank you again!"
