"Beautiful, large room wtih tasteful, thoughtfully-selected furniture and amenities. Location was excellent for visiting the historic landmarks. Media system in room was problematic and did not work over the 5-night visit. Efforts to fix it were unsuccessful."

"The room was tiny. The water pressure was low. The toilet holder was ripped out the wall . I reported this the first day(we stayed 4 nights) and when we left it was still dangling from the wall. The front desk staff didn’t want to be bothered and the valet staff didn’t speak English. I expected a lot more from a Kimpton."

"Primo requisito di un albergo? Un letto per dormire...nella.stanza in questione (921) impossibile prendere sonno, sembrava di dormire in mezzo alla strada. Neanche i tappi per le orecchie erano funzionali. Purtroppo i bambini riposavano e noi adulti non potevamo neanche richiedere il cambio stanza. Ovviamente la mattina i manager nessun dispiacere alla consapevolezza del disagio tanto era tutto pagato da un vaucher Expedia del sottoscritto. Ovviamente tutto documentato con video e mail alla...

The spiral staircase is WAY Too easy the bang you head shoulder etc into and should have plastic order covering the metal edges and screws/bolt etc We had a bloody head injuring as a result.
