A great location in Warsaw

Absolutely lovely location in Warsaw. Clean,modern and convenient for my stay. Everything was done online which could be tricky if one prefers to talk face to face communication. Restaurant and Pub was nearby too.

Trip to Warsaw

Well located apartment only 20 minutes to Old Town. Apartment was clean and provided everything I needed for my stay in Warsaw. Wide choice of restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. I would recommend this apartment with no hesitation.

Good place!

Everything was great, except probably for the fact that we were only given a number code to enter at the door of our room and no key or keycard. Otherwise the room was clean, everything was ready, and there was really no disturbance during our three-night stay!

The only reason I have chosen this place was location, and soon found out I wouldn’t get anything else than this. The staff was super rude by not providing any check-in details until 16 hrs sharp, so I do not understand why they ask about expected arrival time if nothing will be arranged - not even the handling of the luggage while check-in is available. The room was super noisy and could not sleep the first nights, so I had to wear earplugs as everything from outside could be heard. If I had the chance, I would definitely not come back as it is not worth it at all.

Checkin and check out was hard and confusing

I was not sent any instructions to check in until i got there which was important because the room was owned by a different company than the rest of the building. And when i was able to check in the code i was given did not work. It was also hard to check out for the same reason out was to check in. Also, every time i came back to the room after exploring the city the tv was on even though i did not use it at all.

Book this listing if frustration is your game

This listing is for a room that RentPlanet owns. There is *absolutely* no assistant from the building reception, which owns the rest of the building. Check-in is a nightmare, we spent over 2 hours back and forth trying to get the lock code to access the unit. Make matters worse, if you do not have a local SIM card with a phone number. We managed to meet some very nice strangers to let us use their phones to make calls. The first time, they processed our check-in, but the date was wrong (instead of 2024, the system thinks shows 1/1/2026) and no code was provided, Only after the second try, get the date corrected and have access. The total time spent on hold was over an hour! Phone calls get dropped in the middle a couple of times, as the person doesn't seem to understand English very well. Once again, I really appreciated the strangers who helped us, to let us use their phones. The room is listed as non-smoking, but there is a very strong smoke odor upon entry and the windows were opened. Even after we complained, no alternative was offered. There are pots and pans in the room, but no cutlery makes them virtually useless. Communication via Hotels.com virtual assistant is useless. Tried email and website, no response.
