Booked a Balcony room on Expedia, but was given an attic room instead as it was the ONLY room left, because apparently the hotel was not informed by Expedia of the room type booking. Clean was clean and bed was comfortable. Wifi was horrible, no sustained connection, wifi connection kept dropping and was not able to hold. No reception staff at the main desk, need to call them and they will come down to greet you.

Booked deluxe room but got an attic room. We deliberately did not book this room, but the only option was another much smaller room and also much cheaper than what we had paid. We didn't get a good explanation about the room we had booked. So no good solution. Hotel makes double bookings or expedia doesn't report it properly. Hotel staff was more of ignoring and excuse couldn’t get away. Just say honestly that something went wrong. Reception is never there. When checking out there was a note at the table near the elevator that the reception was on the first floor. There are only rooms and the breakfast room. Asked there and it turned out that the lady from the breakfast was also the reception. Was only told we could put the room card down at the tabel by the elevator. No interest in whether the stay was pleasant.

Unglaublich gutes Frühstück! Das Zimmer war klein aber wunderschön, hochwertiges Badezimmer Bett, großer Fernseher. Elegantes Hotel, freundliches Personal, sehr zentral gelegen, durch die Hoflage aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Vollste Empfehlung! Haben aus Versehen ein falsches Datum angegeben, das wurde ohne Probleme geändert und wir konnten doch planmäßig anreisen. Vielen Dank dafür!
