"We have been to Ocean Shores many times over the last 22 years. In the past we have stayed at other hotels that are very close by. This was our first stay at the Grey Gull due to others were full. Turns out this one was way more reasonably priced then the others and it was on a clam dig weekend. The room was nice and even had a separate bedroom which I did not notice when I booked it. This will be where we stay in future visits to Ocean Shores.

"First, I’ll say the view was spectacular.
No place for clothes or toiletries. Sheets did not fit the bed (bottom sheet stretched out, so bed was “unmade in the middle of the night), intermittent internet. The owner kindly reset the modem, but it was not resolved. Since they tried once I assumed it wouldn’t work a second time. I think they need a booster for cabin 6.
Pricing through Expedia was not transparent, not sure it’s the owners fault. "

"The room had a big gap all the way down the front door which left us with a very cold draft, the shower stall was flush with the floor so when we showered it flooded the bathroom floor, in the description it says your on the beach NOPE" There is no where to store your clothes, no closet no dresser. If you want to get a hold of someone, 6 hours later via text is when we heard back then to finalize our stay someone from the resort came into our unit before we were checked out, we called abot that...

"What a unique stay! Everything is as listed. We did have spotty wifi, and some areas/items could use extra cleaning, but overall we were very happy and would visit again.
We’ve stayed in their next-door treehouse (Perch) back when they first opened it up as a rental, so we were very excited to be back! "
