"The stay was good. But, it was only one night. If I were to want to stay a week. I would think twice about it. The even staff, basically locked himself in the office. Didn’t allow us to come in for check in. Made us use a little window for transaction. Like if he was scared of contact with customers. Your establishment is in a nice area. I’ve been living in Waterbury, CT since 1994. I know all the bad areas to avoid. That location is not a bad area. So, I really wasn’t happy of the introduction and not making the customer feel welcomed.
