"We have stayed at this property previously and had up until now found it to be clean and well maintained. On this occasion however we were distressed to find bed bugs. When we went to the front desk we were told there was no other room we could be moved to as the hotel was full. Were also told that there was no cleaning staff to clean the room. We were given extra bedding "to put over top" until the room could be cleaned the next day. We won't be staying here again."

"This is a very nice hotel, that is perfectly located. It was just out of the busiest Denver areas, but close enough to get to everything quickly. There are tons of surrounding shops and restaurants, many within walking distance."

"The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are comfortable and the staff is kind. Our only issue is that all of the amenities were closed and because we booked through Expedia we weren’t aware of this until we arrived."

"An absolutely charming property with an artsy vibe, steps away from the Denver Art Museum complex and across the street from a converted school featuring a cafe, beer garden and small shops. The room was comfy, clean and fun. The absolute abundance of dishes for such a small space was comical, but the microwave/fridge set up was nice to have. Pretty good pod coffee too. Don't miss out on the bottom floor with an atmospheric small table area great for eating take out, and a large conference room...

"This B&B is 100+ year old mansion with beautiful woodwork and stained glass. It has character. Our room and bed were large and very comfortable. The neighborhood is not packed with restaurants to walk to, but it I really enjoyed walking around in the morning seeing many similar well maintained with great facades but generally smaller mansions from long ago. I would stay there again."

"Excellent stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and felt fresh and newly renovated. The lighting throughout the rooms and common areas was excellent, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The communal hangout area was a great space to relax and socialize. The staff provided outstanding service and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained hotel."

"Staff member checking us in after 7 PM did not greet us verbally, went straight to the keyboard and spoke only to ask for ID & credit card and to say 'you're set' as she handed us our room keys. The breakfast room attendant was a delight and was very diligent in managing the breakfast room."

"They have paid parking but it is in a parking garage and I loved that. You can go in and out when you wanted. There breakfast was always good and they have a happy hour where you get a free drink."
