"Great stay overall. The staff wee very helpful and the bungalow was clean and the breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend getting the pancakes for the different fruit variety. It’s around 30 minute walk from the city centre in less than 10 minutes drive. There is an airport shuttle but there isn’t a train shuttle so if you take the train to Luang Prabang there are hotel shuttles right outside. Also, a heads up there are no TVs in the bungalow. "

The AC didn’t get the room as cool as we’d like and our fridge also wasn’t cold enough to really keep food or beverages cold. It was nice to have breakfast included. The time that I went was perfect because it was low tourism season and you could eat and walk around the resort without a lot of people there. "In a hotel that aspires to an elegant, higher-end standard, the staff should be able to communicate at least in English, or in any European language. Unfortunately, communication here is practically impossible without using Google Translate.
