"The hotel needs a facelift. Staff not professional AT ALL. Not as clean as I would like it. Good location."

"When I arrived, a nice man greeted me and asked for my ID. He wished me a happy birthday but told me that only his manager could explain why I was charged. We walked over to speak with his manager, who seemed distracted and not very polite. The other gentleman whispered to him that it was my birthday, but he did not acknowledge it. I asked about the charge; he said they were fully booked and that it was the hotel’s policy to charge for the first night in advance. I asked him why they would do...

"Good location. The bedding was worn and abrasive. The pillows were overly soft. The cabinet stirring the refrigerator was awkward to use. $3 for a bottle of water did not speak to hospitality. While we did not have breakfast this time. We experienced the buffet breakfast last year and had no desire to repeat the food experience. The bathroom was a good size and had a nice esthetic. The room should have had two chairs. Overall the 2 nights were acceptable but not outstanding."

"This is a really nice hotel, classy in most ways. Location is the best. Unloading out front is tough, you have to be lucky that there is a space to get out and get help from the valet. Valets are all good If you get the upper floor you might enjoy the views but you won't enjoy the elevator waits. 3 elevators but not very quick and lots of guests using them from lower floors. Our toilet water was so high I won't give you the details of what kept getting wet!! nasty. AC worked good, TV was...

"The hotel is in a great location, easy to walk to many attractions. Room is everything you need- comfy beds, decent shower and bright white towels.the restaurant is delicious, the bar is so fun. Just go you will be happy you did!"
