Rooms very clean hotel was dated though staff friendly but we wished that the website stated the pool wasnt open till the long weekendwe paid a little extra to enjoy the pool but couldnt use while the weather was so nice

I was disappointed the pool wasn't open, but I noticed later than it did say it was open from the Memorial Weekend. We left May 24/24 and the pool still hadn't been cleaned and filled with water. There were no ice buckets in the room, but the front desk did get us a pitcher of ice. They don't tidy room if you stay 2 nights and breakfast was subpar compared to other Remada's I have stayed at. I would likely book a different hotel next time

The hotel is old and tired and in desperate need of an update. Halls are dark and dingy with permanently stained carpets. The room was spacious and clean but you had to request maid service or they don’t come and clean. There was an incident where an additional room charge that was not authorized appeared on my card. It was resolved but very annoying and worrisome. Our last stay at the Ramada!

Room was tidy but didn’t feel clean, found someone else’s cpap mask in our bed. Very dark hallways and elevators felt unsafe.

Stayed 2 nights. Older property really needs an upgrade. Not bad for the price. My check in was easy and fast. I paid for a Larger room. Very quiet as I was in the back end of the hotel. Beds really need new mattresses. Breakfast they should just give up. Horrible “eggs” tasted like water. “Grey” colored sausage. Instant coffee. Could barely eat, gave up and went to Cracker Barrell. This was my second time staying here, but for $20 more per night I willl stay down the road at a different place.

The staff is wonderful. We were able to check in early. The television in our room was not working so we changed rooms. The vending mach also didn't work but there's a grocery store next door.

There appeared to have been an event the night of our stay. While that was not an issue, the blasting of music in neighboring rooms and yelling outside our door until 2 am, was a problem. I completely understand having an event, but I could not believe the blatant disregard for other guests of the hotel. After a very long night of very little sleep, I planned to tell the front desk staff about it at checkout. However, we were never asked about our stay when we checked out.

The hotel is dated in its fixtures and fittings. The bed was comfortable. The entrance and exit pavement have two large potholes with orange cones marking them. The location is just off of interstate 81. Convenient access to shopping and restaurants.

This is convenient and fine for a night. They have started to replace some things but the mattresses are getting worn, curtains starting to come off the track and we had no shower curtain on our tub! The staff were friendly, the room seemed clean and the breakfast was satisfactory.
