"The renovated Row is lovely. The staff were kind, outgoing, and helpful. Junior was especially helpful at check in and went out of his way to accommodate my request. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was amazing! I slept so well that I’ve written to ask about the make of the mattress. The only problem I had was that the air conditioner in my room was not working well. I reported this twice but it never got better and I have no way of knowing if anyone even checked it out. I really enjoyed my stay despite this and would stay here again."
