"We had a wonderful stay at Schloss Hotel & Spa in Zermatt. The location is excellent - just a short walk from the train ststion, which made arriving and getting around very convenient. "After a fantastic, long and relaxing journey on the Glacia Express from Chur to Zermatt, we arrived at Hotel Sarazena around 9pm. Diana had left us a nice note, apologising for not being present, but enclosed the keys to our room, and that we would deal with check-in in the morning. "I can’t say enough good things about this place. They gave us a deluxe suite with beautiful intricate detailed woodwork along with modern amenities. Staff was extremely courteous and friendly. The pictures on the Internet are very good, but no pictures are able to capture the actual beauty or atmosphere when you are really there inside the place. Absolutely amazing.."

"This property was top notch. It is a five minute walk to the Main Street. We took advantage of the fitness center and the pool and Jacuzzi. Breakfast each morning was super delicious and they had omelettes made to order as well as the buffet. The rooms were very cozy and the hotel lounge was a great place to relax and just enjoy the scenery. I would definitely recommend this place. We were a party of 4 including two teenagers. They absolutely loved it too."

"We reserved a Matterhorn view with extra price for the stay in May. Our room was on the first floor with partial view of Matterhorn and not much privacy which was somewhat disappointing. The hotel was quiet overall but the lights switches were very confusing. We asked for a train station pick up but they asked us to call even though we told them we didn’t have a phone number."
