The unit was a bit dated but clean. While the kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils it didn't have any basic supplies such as salt and pepper which would have been nice to not have to buy. There was some noise transfer from the upper unit, but was due to the age of building not noisy neighbors. The front desk staff were very helpful and attentive. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable, modest place to stay. The sunrise over the estuary was amazing.

Very clean. Staff was nice. It has air conditioning and heat. There is a nice patio right outside the room.The inside pool and hot tub were great. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Place is clean, service is great and fast (when you call the lobby for stuff). Only downside its a kinda old building so you can ear the family stomping on your head at any time. That being said take a room on the highest floor believe me you will like it

Nice place to stay for a few days. We rented 2 units, enjoyed the location (close to town, beach and restaurants) and complex had a pool/hot tub. Rated 4 bc few minor issues, the floors are very thin so you can hear anyone walking around the condos above you very easily, in one unit-both hair dryers didn’t work, and the other unit smelled a bit like smoke. Overall, I would stay again.

We’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always been a great location and provides comfort and relaxation for long weekends. Only downside from our last trip was hearing the people below us, the walls are thin and noise travels easily. Overall a great stay and we will be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Village by the Sea. We stayed in a 2 bdrm 2 bth condo, perfect for our family of four. The rooms were very clean with lovely decor and all staff was very kind and prompt if we needed something. We will definitely be back!

Relaxation
