"I have been trying to reach someone regarding this reservation. When I arrived, there was no electricity. There was a postage stamp event happening. The front doors were shut and signs posted with arrows to go in a small man door. We went to the front desk they made us aware of the situation. Was told they were honoring cancellation requests with no penalties. I booked through a third party, when I spoke to Hotels.com They said the hotel denied my request for cancellation. I have sent multiple emails regarding this to hotels.com and I have left messages with hotel itself. This has been the most frustrating experience I’ve had. This would have been 2nd stay at this hotel. "

"Needs some upgrades. Staff was friendly and it is a convenient location to airport. Elevators were not working and the Kureg in my room did not work."

"My stay was peaceful. Weekend breakfast brunch was fine. Mostly stayed in room. Check-in was fast and easy. No complaints."

"The tv did not connect to the internet and wouldn't work. The chair was stained . The bed creeked and was not long enough for my husband. The man working the counter was knowledgeable and friendly. This was just a place to sleep for a early morning flight. I wouldn't recommend for anything else. "

"The first room i was assigned had a heater that sounded like an airplane taking off. NOONE could possibly sleep in there. They were able to reassign fortunately. "

"I could not believe how high the reviews are for this place. The room felt dirty and old, the desk worker spent a long time to write everything in a very difficult to read curly handwriting, making me stand there and wait while she wrote it in pen and traced it in highlighter. Ridiculous. Strong smell of marijuana in the hallways. I will never stay here again and do not recommend. "

"The rooms were very clean and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the heat was not as warm as should be. It was a little chilly. But we made due. Other than that, excellent."
