"They are charging 5 star prices but only have 3 star service. When I arrived the valet was no where to be seen. I had to look for them. Check in was quick. The room was basic. Could have been cleaner in the bathroom. It's just worn down. The main light in the bathroom didn't work. It would come on for a bit then turn off. The sink was slow to drain.
