Quiet yet Cenral to the Town centre.

My grown up son and I wanted to explore the Harz area. This is the ideal place to stay, we didn't want to be tied to a Hotel. Using this Apartment gave us flexibility to come and go. Just a word of Caution the Steps up to it are quite steep.

Verspätete Anreise

Weil der Zug von Berlin nach Roßlau überfüllt war und ich nicht mehr in die Eisenbahn reinkonnte, und weil bei der Eisenbahn dann später noch was anderes anders kam, als ich erwartet hatte, kam ich mehr als eine Stunde später in Wernigerode an, als geplant. Die Vermieterin war für mich telefonisch erreichbar und ging freudlich auf meine verspätete Ankunft ein. Von meinen Zimmern hatte ich eine herrliche Sicht auf das Schloss!
