Quick 2 night stay.

Husband and I stayed 2 nights. While we were out for the day, our room got cleaned and clean towels. The room had been renovated and was very clean. It was a nice stay.

At first I was thinking because the property was Older it was going to be uncomfortable But it was opposite it was quiet and comfortable.The front desk was very sweet.

Room 133 was perfect: clean, quiet, AC was working powerfully, clean towels, even has a fridge and microwave. Overall pretty great! Room 147 was not flushing properly. A great stay for the price we payed.

Not a Holiday Inn but nice

Overall, it was a great day. The only reason I won’t give it a full five star is because it’s an older property. By no means is it a Holiday Inn Best Western for an older property? It was great. I really enjoyed coming in too fresh clean bed made up Every day. There are no extra amenities for ass weight room business center breakfast for a place to sleep for the 13 days I was there. I was OK with it. There are tons of Mexican restaurants around the entire community . I would stay there again.

Its clean , the bed was comfortable. I figured out the TV pretty easily , but since they have cable there ought to be a channel guide . I saw no wifi password posted anywhere. Please just put tooether a little info card .

Comfortable

It is a little aged but for the area it is nice. I would have liked a tub not a shower but I was tired and just dealt with it. The check-in was easy and so was check out.

I Don't want this whole review to be negative so I'll start with the beds are very comfortable. Okay, they have no coffee available in the rooms, stayed there a couple of years ago and they had coffee available in the office, mornings. Now the office is closed and looks to be used for storage. To check in you have to walk up to the after hours window. No matter the hour. Not very inviting. No microwave in room and the shampoo/ shower gel had be stretched/ cut with water to the point that it had the same viscosity as water. As a former business owner I understand keeping you overhead low and watching your cost where you can. But I also know you can cut too much or in the wrong areas. I would have gladly paid a few dollars more not have to get dressed and drove to a convenience store at 7 am for my coffee.

Just an inexpensive bed for the night

The room had the standard amenities but some were in poor condition. The fridge was rusted and not plugged in. The microwave was not plugged in. I had to move it to the table to find a working outlet. No in room coffee. The air conditioner was unplugged. Once I plugged it in, it functioned appropriately. The bed slept well but every move caused it to make a loud creaking noise. Thankfully I was not placed in a unit where I was close to other travelers. I found hair under the covers in the bed. I was not provided information about the wi-fi. I located the ice machine but it was out of service. I’ll probably pay a bit more and go to my usual hotel next time I’m in town.

Lobby door was locked @7:00pm for check in. The lobby door was also locked @10:15am for checkout. Everything was unplugged in the room. Stains on the chairs….. don’t want to know what stains. NOT A FAN
