"The hotel is located a little distance away from the city but the public transport can get you there asap. The service was great; the staff were very helpful anytime I had questions about my stay. My only complaint is the washer and dryer. They dont work very well because of their old age"

"I had a lovely stay for my first solo trip. Check in was easy and everyone I talked to who worked there was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. It is located within walking distance of anything you’d like to see and right next to two good pubs. Would definitely recommend. "

They provide all we need as budget traveller from nice kitchen for us to cook, nice hall area for hangout and eat, a vending machine selling drink, beer, and even asian instant noodle. "The room was reasonably nice, but you definitely need to contact and set up which room you will be in before you arrive. There is no reception for the Hostel specifically, but there is a Turkish or Lebanese restaurant below that acts as a reception. If you do not have your room number they will not be able to help you and may seem totally clueless that they are the ad-hoc reception of a hostel. "

"TERRIBLE ATTENTION! NO RESPECT! The place was ok. The bathroom is shared with the other room on the floor and is outside the room. I never received the e-mail with the instructions about the keys and how to get inside the building. I waited outside in the cold and the man who answered the call (He never showed. There's no reception) repeated over and over that I should read that e-mail with the instructions. First he told me he didn't speak English, so he only spoke German. I called him again...
