10/10 Excellent

"We stayed for 4 nights and had a great stay. The shower was hot, the beds were clean and very comfortable and the ac worked like a dream. The heat index was 100+ and our room stayed very comfortable. The elevators are small but we never had to wait for one and we stayed on the 17th floor. We didn’t use any of the amenities bc we brought stuff w us. The rooms have mini frig, expresso machine, hairdryers, and soap, shampoo. The parking garage is two-three blocks away but it wasn’t a problem for us as we walked the city the first two days and the other two days we went in the car to the zoo, botanical gardens, and other things on the west side where it was to far to walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"I read the reviews on this hotel and was expecting a diamond in the rough. What I found when I went, was just the rough. The rooms were decent size but had a weird smell. Bathrooms really small and didn't even have a hair dryer. Elevator was sketchy highly recommend the stairs if you are able. Pool was closed. Parking lot in rough shape. Needs soundproofing and some upgrades. If your looking for a cheap place to sleep for the night then this is a good place. If you're looking for amenities then go elsewhere."
