The Lodge provided a comfortable base for our stay on Lookout Mountain. The accomodation was spacious, well organised and of a high standard. It was conveniently located for our visit to Ruby Falls and a number of restaurants and shops were just a short drive away. We had booked this accommodation partly for the self catering option....and it did have a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. However, the basic kitchen equipment was limited to a small amount of plastic cutlery and glasses, and...

For the price we paid, it was a great hotel. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean, bedding was fresh, beds were comfy & the rooms were big enough for 4.

Lovely clean room

Nearly new property with lovely staff, a very good breakfast and easy parking. Located out of Chattanooga but convenient for retail and eating options.

It was a lot better than we expected for a short stop over. Friendly staff, massive room, restaurants nearby.

Property is a little worn out, but otherwise very good. The room was clean and function and the guy on reception was friendly and efficient.

The hotel is well located and is beautiful inside. The rooms had everything we needed and the staff were really friendly. Only slight criticism would be the pool. It’s an indoor pool and doesn’t appear to be geared (or if it is, it isn’t very warm!). There were no loungers, only chairs. You couldn’t sunbathe outside in the garden as there were no loungers or chairs. It was 35 degrees (95F) and so we had planned to have an afternoon relaxing around the pool, but couldn’t.

The reception staff were excellent, very helpful and courteous. The room was spotlessly clean and well maintained with a very comfy bed and drink making facilities were provided. The bathroom and furnishings were very good. The free Continental Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. If you were looking just for a reasonably priced room for a couple of nights, then this accommodation would definitely be worth considering.
