"It may be called the red carpet but there was no red carpet in my room. In fact there was no red or carpet in my room. Instead of a red carpet there was a floor that was so slippery that I almost slipped and fell while walking barefoot. Other than that the staff were great and it fit my needs. Don't go to the bar next door at the other hotel. They were over priced for garbaged food and mediocre drinks."

"I didnt use the pool Cleaning was every 3 days Allotmdnt of one roll of toilet tissue Hallways are a bit too dark Staff were cordial Breakfast was horrible...tried to figure out the type of meat but couldnt, no variety and barely a breakfast stand. Entrance way is cafeteria and no lounge...harsh on the eyes but you can get a lot of work done there Did not use WIFI lots of leaves outside and pollen covered the rental car making it look dirty Overall, the location was good for my itinerary "

I tried to contact you’re customer service and you’re AI assistance was not helpful… I ended up sleeping with my family in my rental car… since we only needed the room for a few hrs… I been a loyal Customer from Hotels.com for years and I’m very disappointed… not to mention I lost my money. Please contact me or explain what happen. I expect some kind of compensation."
