"When I checked in I was told that the security deposit would be returned to me via check. I advised that I am from out of the country and needed it credited back to my credit card. "We loved our little chalet which was really comfortable and immaculately clean . It was a little hot even with the air con on but the outside temperature was over 40 degrees which is very unusual . The food in the restaurant is great and the pool area is nice . There are tame deer who are really sweet and hang around the chalets in the morning . The game drive was superb and we saw loads of different animals . Last but not least are the wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful staff . We mislaid our car keys and everyone helped us search until they were located . I really cannot fault this place and it’s great value for money . We will be back . "
