Went for a quick weekend trip to the cape. Just got a standard king. The only time we spent there was at night to go to bed. It was comfortable and did the job.

Staff was great. Room had a nice view. Parking was convenient. Amenities need updating. A few were missing, (eg door sign for maid-dnd). Not enough pillows. 4 day stay no linen change only towels and empty trash

There is no elevator and I can't climb stairs. I asked for a first floor room over two weeks before check-in, but was still given a second story room. They had plenty of time to assign a first floor room, even if it meant moving someone else. The hotel is fine otherwise, but that was some super crappy customer service.

Location worked for me.
Thankfully it was off season and not great weather, so it wasn't terribly crowded. Not sure I would've felt terribly safe if there were more people around. They put me in the back of the property and on the first floor. I probably could've asked to move but I wasn't going to be around much. Despite likely being 25% occupied, they put someone in the room above me and the noise traveled right through the floor. Also, a big cobweb in the corner of the ceiling by the window had trapped a few small bugs. I wiped it down with a towel.

Needed a one night stay to attend a wedding. The location was 5 minutes away, the price was very competitive for Cape Cod and the room was clean with a good bed. Could not ask for more.

Not what I expected!!
As soon as we walked in the room, we were hit by this horrible musty smell like the room hadn’t been used in forever, there were three spiders hanging from the ceiling in the refrigerator. Freezer combination was filthy. If the room was cleaned, the way it supposed to be cleaned. None of that would’ve happened. We stayed one night woke up at 6 AM and left because of the tropical storm when I got home all my clothes stunk like that musty smell.

I didn’t expect to find a really clean room! I appreciate it so much. Thank you! This is almost the first time I have found such a clean room from this price range. Highly recommended!

Rugs filthy, water spots on ceiling from a leak, outlet not working, coffee pot not working properly, no daily replenishment of coffee, toilet flushes funky (almost overflows before it flushes, extremely tight parking. Hotel in general appears run down.

The room was dated but nice. The bed was pretty comfortable. The A/C was adequate. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, this hotel was well worth the price.

Perfect for a quick weekend get away to west Dennis beach! Had a wedding at the lighthouse inn and it was in perfect distance from everything. Very convenient and nice property. Would stay again!

Rooms are clean but the building is dated 2-story motel. Sufficient parking but tight. Our AC unit could reach 79 or 78 degrees but no lower. Perhaps the freon needs renewal. The king bed seemed fairly new and firm and comfortable. Decent furniture and having a mini-fridge was quite convenient. Continental breakfast was a packaged pastry and a thermos with coffee.

This property used to be a nice hotel. However father time has caught up with the building. It is showing her age and there was alot of patches and old fixtures/furniture etc. The staff were super nice! Its located in a great area but she is worn down and in need of upgrades.

Hotel appeared outdated, and bathroom was dirty (toilet paper was left in the toilet, so clearly it hadn’t been cleaned). Shower had marks and was either dirty or hadn’t been touched up in quite some time. Beds/bed linens were clean.

Nice Stay on The Cape
Place isn't fancy, but it's nice, clean, comfortable, and affordable. Plus the location is great, mid-Cape, so it's easy to get anywhere.

They say they offer breakfast. Which is bagels and toast. And they ran out of bagels. The room had a smell to it. Toilet barely flushed. I was afraid to go. The walls were paper thin. Parking lot small. Only good thing, was it was close to the beach. Price is to high for what you get
