"As usual, we stayed over one night to catch our next flight to Grand Cayman in the morning.
Our room was a generous sized king. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The bathroom fittings were all of excellent quality and perform perfectly. I did report that the mattress was at its end of life and the concierge thanked me for informing him."

"The staff were helpful and friendly and the food selection was reasonable. The restaurant area was lacking in atmosphere with nothing on the tables I.e. condiments, serviettes etc., making it very bare. And unwelcoming. The complementary tea/coffee etc.,was very nice.
I booked this hotel for its advertised closeness to Heathrow particularly as you advertised the use of a SHUTTLE to the airport, which there was NOT and we had to get a taxi, which was much more expensive. I would have looked at...
