"The check in was unique, as I was speaking through the kiosk with a live person. The room and location were exactly what I needed and met all my expectations. The room was comfortable and relaxing. I did have small issue in that my shower did not have any shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. I carry my own and at 530 am I doubt there was anyone available to "run them up to my room".
