"The hotel was very dirty. Carpets were in dire need of cleaning all throughout the facility. The faucet in the tub was leaking, there was black mold in the tub, hairs in bathroom and the deadbolt was broken. We could not stay there. I would like a full refund."

"Super 8 in Augusta is good value for money. Comfortable bed, clean room, It's quiet and its location is good. The breakfast is basic and the same every day- cereal, muffin, banana. Good place to stop if you just need a bed for the night before travelling on."

"Picked the location partly due to having a pool for 3 kids. The sign says “closed for cleaning”. So you would think it’s closed for cleaning. The kids got up the next day and put their suits on before breakfast- sign still up. The front desk says the ceiling fell down and it is out for a couple of months. "We were in town for a wedding. It was a beautiful hotel. Well maintained everything was perfect. It had a gym and a pool and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked amazing as it is getting warmer by the day. It was close to the wedding reception we went to, and we would totally stay again."
