"We enjoyed our stay at the Garrison. The location was convenient and the space was great for our family of 5. The Garrison is just a quick walk away from the main street with restaurants, tourist shops, and a grocery store. It is also not a far walk from the Cow Hill trail. The apartment was clean and cozy. There is a washer/dryer but you will have to provide your own laundry detergent. We left our container behind for the next visitors. Having some on-hand for travelers would be helpful so as...

"Initial impressions, tired run down, dirty worn out, in need of serious refurbishment. The surprise was this hotel has a 3 star AA rating with a 2026 certificate displayed. The last time this hotel was painted was sometime in the fifties. I have video of torn frayed drapes threadbare room carpet, black mold around shower, peeling paint and strong smelling room air freshener. Windows that wouldn’t close, ground in dirt. Mattresses that felt 60 years old. I wondered whether anyone received any...

"Clean enough room and property, Very friendly and helpful staff. They are serious about the breakfast cut off. Make sure to fill up your coffee. Great location. Kind of a mash of style and decor. Would stay again"

"客室:5号室、部屋は広くてベッドも広い、バスタブもあって最高だと思った。最初は。くつろごうとしてすぐに、異常な振動と騒音があることに気づいた。最初は換気扇かと思ったが口コミを見るとどうも下が厨房で、その設備の振動らしい。夜は23時まで朝は7時から。この部屋を貸す判断をしている方は一度泊まってみたらどうか。室内の場所にもよるがかなりキツイ。古いが掃除はちゃんとされているのできれい。ただ、じゅうたんはダイソンの掃除機を使ったらもっときれいにならないだろうか。振動のせいで全てが悪く見えてきた。 スタッフ:親切 朝食:パンなどのバイキングと選択式の朝食。ボリュームもあり美味しかった。 駐車場:あるけど台数は少なめ。最後の1台で停めれた。真横なので便利だが、停められなかったらと思うとゾッとする。 ロケーション:街の中心部まですぐでレストランやおしゃれな土産物屋も多く、良かった。(ホテルとは関係ないが、金曜の夜19時はレストランはどこも人で溢れていて夕食に難儀した。)"

"Had a very nice stay at Neil's B&B on the way to the Scottish Borders. I was travelling alone with the dog and our single room was comfortable and with a lovely view. My late check in was managed professionally and breakfast was a nice treat. Would definitely recommend."

"Property is beautiful views even better. Three dislikes, one was they closed all common areas by 10pm so you had to go to your room. Second, dinner was served on little end tables in the common room with all guest. Didn't get water or salt and pepper. Not my favorite. Finally, Beds were also very hard. Staff extremely friendly."
