"We were disappointed with a few things. We got there at 7:33 pm and no front desk check in person was present. Front desk was closed so you have to call them on the phone. Expedia info said 9 pm. The lady that had to come check us in appeared to be a bit put out for having to do it. Front desk wasn't open until 9 am so trying to get info or extras was a bit of a task. No coffee maker or dishes in the room was also unpleasant. Maybe we missed it in the descriptions but I have never been to...

"It’s ok….not a great location and kinda run down if you compare them to other Lofts…. Bar is great…and pool is ok. I won’t go back…had to ask for towels and coffee 3day stay with 3 rooms multiple times No phone in rooms…have to go down. Friday it was incredibly loud outside with screaming teens…5th floor at 11pm. Lots of food locations in the area"

"when we checked in late in the night. the front desk lady asked us if its ok to allow her traineeto help us with the check in process. sure and the trainee did good. well, we had to wait till late afternoon to go to the event so did not want to leave the room too early. we asked first but they told us by noon. I think we actually left half an hour after 12, but no problem. gld they did not kick us out."
