"The Inn is great and wonderful for families. However, after traveling for 10 1/2 hours we were put in an adjoining room with several rambunctious children who were loud. If staying there, you may want to specify what your needs may be such as a quieter area. However, the place was filled with children. The restaurant was good and the amenities were outstanding for families."

"Eric, staff at check in was extremely nice. The young gentleman doing the breakfast was very thoughtful. Our room was spacious and clean. Beds not the most comfortable but the pillows were nice."

"Room size was great, however there are no closets or drawers. Yes, there are hooks on the wall with a few hangers. There's cubby space. Bathroom was clean, excellent walk-in shower. Lobby area was clean and lots of space to relax or hangout. Negatives: same breakfast EVERY morning (scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage) along with oatmeal, cereal (raisin bran, golden grahams), bagels/bread, etc. Outside is loud because of the "factory" building across the way. So having a phone conversation outside made me feel like I was shouting. BUT, I didn't hear the noise inside the hotel."

"Very convenient to downtown and the parks. The beds were comfy and the walk in shower was a really nice bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again."

"Very nice hotel. Only thing I didn’t like was there was no continental breakfast. No free coffee and muffins for me."

"Very basic room. No coffee pot, small, no electronic plug ins. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Towels average at best. The room was clean and the price was good. We did not eat the breakfast but it looked below average."

"Felt like the property was shutting down for renovation that was sorely needed. The pool was not open nor the hot tub. I was very disappointed, and would not recommend this property to anyone in its current state. To complicate matters, we had a family emergency that called us away early from our trip and did not stay the second night because of that emergency. A refund is expected for the second night since we did not stay that night."
