"Awful No towels No toilet paper And just so happen the card I used got a bunch of fraud hits on it after they used it."

"The breakfast was not breakfast at all. It was my first time saw the breakfast offered energy bars, coffee, yogurt, boiled eggs, cupcakes. You can call it a snacks teasing. We stayed on 4th floor faces the road, lots of noise. The restroom only has two pieces of small soaps, one tiny bottle shampoo. I won't come back ag6for sure."

"I was charged an $8.50 guest parking fee that was not explained in Expedia. I prefer to stay at Hyatt hotels, and have stay at other Hyatt hotels, but haven’t been charged a parking fee at other locations. I understand this Hyatt is by the airport and the hotel doesn’t want travelers/non-guests parking at their facility."

"The hotel is quite old. The hallways have an unpleasant odor. The photos of the rooms on Expedia look okay, but the reality is much worse. I think they should remove the breakfast option from the description, as it looks more like coffee and a snack. Lastly, at $130, the location is quite far from any leisure activities."

"Not a terrible property but way over priced for what you get. It’s super old and out dated, rooms are tiny. The pet area was good. We ended up with the last room available and it was right next to the bar, super loud, didn’t sleep until bar closed, they should probably not rent the rooms on the end at all! It was a last min pick for us and we only booked for one night thank goodness, so I don’t want to talk too bad but we won’t stay there again."

The rooms smell strongly of mold and humidity, the bathroom walls are stained, and the bathtub was dirty. The lobby is outdated, dirty, and smells bad as well. Outside the hotel, it smells like urine and marijuana, making the entire property feel unpleasant and unsafe. We would never stay here again—even if it were free. I do...
