"Clean room and friendly staff, outside area feels safe. I think these are the most important.
Downside is no refrigerator in room. No microwave in room either but there is one in lobby downstairs."

"Date Sept 13, 2026. Room 214. We forgot our 2 phone charger besides bed. We called the same day we checked out in evening to staff to check notify us in morning if they found it. They left a note for Morning staff with call at 9am.
We didn't get any calls, we called 9:30 to ask and said our cleaning staff is here will check and let us know. Will call you in15 minutes. We called after 1 hour and still said cleaning staff is very busy will check and let you know in 5 minutes. We called again...

"I made the reservation. I didn’t paid right away but I gave my card info. they didn’t contact me before cancel my reservation when I came to get the room they said they give the room to someone else. I end up paying 800 dollars for one night sleep an hour from Chicago. Not fair!!!"
