"The room itself was basically clean, we did have a strange smell coming from a chair in the room. Not horrible, but noticeable. The only problems we had were the very poor television service provided by Spectrum. Half the channels had no audio, the remote barely worked and the menu options were abysmal. We did have homeless people in the lobby the first morning and also hanging outside the hotel by the front doors. Not something I wanted to see or better yet, deal with while at the hotel.
The staff was very helpful, especially the night shift clerk.
Overall I was happy with the experience and would stay there again."
"Nice place in a conveniently out-of-the-way location. Nice bar and restaurant attached. Car wash next door. Place is very nice for the price. Room had leather-ish flooring which was good for sound deadening and comfort without the grunginess of carpeting. Restaurant is a little expensive but good. Great spot to stop."
"If you need staff support be prepared to wait, I had a technical issue between my booking sight and the hotel and the front desk guy spent the whole time on speaker phone on a personal call and kept disappearing to the back for a majority of the issue. Quick access to the highway great trucker hotel. "
"We stayed in the family cabin. It was truly delightful. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the location was beautiful. We loved that they were pet people and had no problems having our 2 dogs with us. I wanted to stay longer!"
"Location right across from the AMAZING Prison, Cowboy, and Auto Museum complex and the wonderful "Cellblock Tavern" was excellent. The old west and prison themed rooms were fun and enjoyable, rooms were very clean and comfortable.
I personally prefer a thinner softer pillow. All the pillows were very thick, so that affected my sleep.
It is evident the owners are working hard to upgrade and maintain the motel - and much of the exterior still has a long way to go. We enjoyed our stay here and found it a good value and good location."
