We were misled to believe we had a room in the hotel, however we were provided with a cabin that needed some updating. Because of the bed frame cover it appeared that the mattresses were on the floor. The refrigerator and other furniture were old and was not what we expected. However the place was clean.

It was way better than we thought. The staff was super friendly, and the rooms were clean. It's really close to West Yellowstone downtown and the west entrance. Breakfast was just the basics, but it was enough.

Room was clean and large. Smoke alarm went off during the night and all people started evacuating but found out was false alarm. Had a Continental breakfast that was horrible especially for the cost of the room. Eggo waffles stacked on a plate to go in a toaster no longer frozen. Biscuits and gravy but the gravy was in a punch bowl with no heating device so most likely cold. Bathroom towels were nice and thick.

Wasn't bad....room was clean and adequate. At checkin they said they were charging us $200 "deposit", which was unexpected since we already had paid in full. They had a couple of bizarre rules...."don't move the furniture around" for example. And "don't use the elevator between 10pm and 7am (we were on the 3rd floor). Other than that it was fine.

This property can charge what they wany being so close to Yellowstone, so for the price, the rooms were nice and big, and the bed was very comfy. My biggest complaint was the free breakfast, there was very little to eat, bagels, hardboiled eggs, cereal, croissants cut in half (very tacky) and rare to see any fruit. We skipped the free breakfast one day and went to McDonalds instead.

The cabin we rented was huge! My kids loved that and we liked having the extra space. However, it was VERY old and musty smelling. We had to ask for some air freshener and the staff was very accommodating, but the smell still never left. We only stayed one night and I felt fortunate for that. We did LOVE the washer and dryer in the cabin and if we had brought groceries, the full kitchen would have been a steal! It was just hard to overlook the very dated and smelly couches and furniture. If you are looking for a blast from the past or love antique stores, this is your spot!

We reserved a room in the hotel but when we got there they took us outside and led us to a log cabin. The log cabin had two rooms. Ours was large and fairly comfortable but the walls are paper thin and the people in the room next door came in late, argued, cooked some sort of smelly fish at 1:30AM that filled our room with horrible odors that forced us to open our window even though it was 36 degrees outside. It was a miserable night.
