"The room was pretty clean and set up very nice. I wish the breakfast was a little bit better. It seems like it was not taken as seriously as it should be. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. Also, I wish there was certain details in the room that were a little bit cleaner."

My husband and I felt that we were being treated unfairly and racist because #1 we paid for a king bedroom with a sofabed and they put us in a 2 queen bedroom on the 3rd floor. When we got to the room and noticed that it wasn't what we paid for, we called the front desk and told them and she was very rude and trying to rush us off the phone. You couldn't understand what she was saying because her English wasn't understandable. So we went downstairs to let her know...

"Probably wouldn’t stay here again. Front desk person was very rude.. room was clean but outdated.. had to hit the fuse for just about every outlet in the room for lights and tv to work. My room was downgraded upon arrival which wasn’t a problem but they insisted that they can not change the price of the room… so I paid for a suite room for a base room. Terrible service overall. "

"This hotel was filthy. I had to change my room twice. First room 129, filthy sheets and bedding. Second room 112, smelled like dog urine. A dog chewed up some items in the room and there was dog hair all over. The pull out mattress had what looked like droppings and stains. The third room was much better. They advertised the indoor pool as heated but it was FREEZING! Not only the pool water but the room itself. The staff checked it for me and the temp was around 71/72. They apologized and...

"No hot water and not super friendly when i inquired about it. I chimmed in when a staff member was commenting on the complaints of no hot water anf oyher things so i thought i should just let thrm know i was one as well. Other then that it was fine"

"Our first impression was poor because the young lady that checked us in was confused about our reservation and scrolling on her phone the whole time. Several times she didn’t even respond when I asked to clarify something. We had traveled 13 hours and were exhausted. The breakfast waitress was very sweet and we loved her. I wish I got her name to give her a shout out."
