Hotel Freetobook di Wester Ross

"A very pleasant stay. Breakfast and evening meals were particularly good. The evening meals can easily compete with any good restaurant on the island. A gem. The hotel is remote. There is a 2-mile narrow road with potholes to navigate to get to the property. Consequently, I left in the morning and returned late afternoon, spending the day on other activities. The hotel has a retreat-like quality. The sunroom is a wonderful space for rest and contemplation, or reading and games and conversation....

"I had a wonderful stay recently at MacDougall Clansman Hotel. Iain and staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The hotel and rooms were immaculate and had all the necessary amenities. There was a heatwave happening and they were able to provide a room fan to help keep me comfortable. The location was central to all the main sights and was extremely walkable which was super convenient. The inclusion of fresh breakfast in the morning was a standout feature and fuelled me for the day of...

"Great central location just a view minutes (via the Market Brae steps) to the High Street and railway station. I had no direct interaction with the proprietor or staff. Nevertheless the guest house was reasonably homely, clean and well maintained. A good budget choice."

"La camera era molto accogliente, confortevole e pulita, le persone davvero molto gentili, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Il lodge è una bella struttura immersa nel verde, offre una colazione super abbondante e con ingredienti di qualità in una lounge che ha la vista sul verde. A 10 minuti di auto c'è una taverna (Applecross Inn) dove fare un'ottima cena a base di pesce freschissimo."

"Struttura molto vicino al centro di inverness, il castello dista giusto 5 minuti a piedi. Abbiamo avuto la camera #6 situata al primo piano che era molto spaziosa. Armadio capiente, spazio per aprire le valigie, letto abbastanza comodo e, nonostante affacciasse sulla strada, non era per nulla rumorosa. Il bagno pure era molto grande ma a mio avviso mal organizzato. Non c’erano ripiani dove appoggiare un beauty e poi il lavabo aveva i rubinetti separati per l’acqua calda e quella fredda, oltre...
