"Room was outdated and found a barely dead roach in my room river view. But the view was good and didn’t have any issues with any other bugs in my room. Staff is nice. Only down side is in restaurant to drink my own wine with food I ordered from them they wanted me to pay them 60% of their list price of that bottle. So what I paid for bottle +just give them like $15-20 because I didn’t buy from them. Restaurant has an amazing river view"

"First time visitors to Jarabacoa and I cannot be happier with our hotel selection. The staff is there to greet you in the lobby, the cleaning ladies are very sweet and attentive. The breakfast crew was always on point as well as the service in the pool. Dinner I suggest you do early bc the kitchen can get busy since patrons outside of the hotel are allowed to come by to eat. The cleanliness there is top notch, I wish they had a fitness room but they had some tennis courts available for use....

"Outdoor pools is heated 👍just need to ask staff to turn it on. Takes about 2 hours for full heat. Wonderful swim in the evening. Sauna was down during this visit but is also a nice touch to the property!"
