"The room was really clean. Air conditioning not working, no phone in room and no internet even though multiple passwords were given at front desk. Shower not working. Mini fridge disgustingly dirty. Had to drive up 4 times to front desk and complain. After 5 hours of complaints, we were changed to another room. Still no AC, just a ceiling fan that did not suffice.
