"I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. We arrived to dirty, bug-infested rooms. Since it was late, our only choice was to use the hotel or sleep in our cars. Judging by the sketchy neighborhood, it was honestly a toss-up. The kids didn't appreciate getting bitten by bugs all night. The bathrooms needed major upgrading. I hope we didn't catch any black mold. In the morning we could see just how gross and dilapidated the rooms were, so we left as soon as we could. The front desk staff were...

"The facility is run down with old building and equipment. Paint was peeling. door jams have been damaged, TV not working. The AC was mounted high on the wall with no remote controller. I had to use a chair to get to the switches. (Could be a liability issue.) Refrigerator was making a loud noise when the compressor drops out. Breakfast area was so crowded it could only accommodate perhaps 3 couples at a time. It was definitely overrated for the price."

"The entire place, check in office, elevator, hallways, and our room was very clean. Room was comfortable and quiet. Parking was tight and we had to park in an overflow lot next door but it was easy to get to."

"This is a basic motel. No pool. It’s several years old but has been maintained well. The room was clean and all items were in working order. It’s walking distance to several restaurants and a Target. Would stay here again."

"Room was good! They were clean and comfortable. Really liked that it included breakfast. Staff was very nice. Only downside was that walls are very thin! Neighbors were very loud and had people in room until late in the evening."

"The guy at the front desk upgraded our room to a river view upon check in. Very friendly staff. We loved using the bikes to ride the path along the river. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping."

"We had a great stay during the Nike Nationals meet. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect. Hayward Field is just a short drive away. Whole Foods is across the street and other nearby restaurants were within walking distance. The hotel didn’t have many amenities, but that wasn’t important to us since we spent most of our time at the meet and the excellent location and service more than made up for it. Breakfast was grab and go and very simple."

"So we checked in late. Staff were very nice. Our room was second floor with wheelchair access. Bathroom looks like hospital bathroom. Big, not that good light and white tile. Almost depressing. Room itself was fine, but not enough lighting and dark. Building is newer side but must be cheap made, we can hear noise from hallways and from upstairs. Breakfast was just ok. I wish we had a choice to stay regular room. We will not back, will stay other place."
