"This hotel was breathtaking. Very well maintained. The pool was amazing. The staff was great. The only issue I had was that with all the plants comes bugs. I didn’t realize until our last day all the little black ants in our bed. My daughter had bug bites all over her arm. I did not bring this up with the staff because I figured it comes with the territory and we were only there 2 nights. Another thing is no air conditioning. This is on their website so it was not a surprise and although the nights were cool just not cold enough for me. Again this is not the hotels fault. I would still recommend this place to others."

"I stayed for 3 nights 4 day, hotel staff were always very kind and helpful, from the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping staff all were amazing. Clean rooms and housekeeping attended to the rooms daily. Loved the view and the easy access to the lake. Walking distance from local shops and restaurants. Pool and garden area nice and clean. I did not try the restaurant because prices were higher compared to other local restaurants but it did look good."

"We had a wonderful stay at Lush! The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They truly made us feel at home. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and very eco-friendly, which made the experience even more special. I was initially a little worried because the hotel doesn’t have air conditioning, but it actually gets quite cool at night, so we didn’t really need it. They also provide fans if you get warm, which was a nice touch. The hotel is also very well located, everything was like 2 min walk in San Marcos, Overall, the hospitality was outstanding, and everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here and will absolutely come back!"
