"The breakfast was edible. When we checked in we had no water. Tried calling front office without success. Had to walk two flights of stairs to get to reception to get water in the showes after we checked in after 9pm. There wasn't even a bottle of water in the fridge to drink, And even tho we checked in late, within 5 minutes after check out time, despite our inconvenineces, we were being called to check out even tho the stay was much less than 24 hours.
