"Check in was easy and room was available earlier than expected. Bell service was helpful at check in and out, and the car loop was helpful for even rainy day loading/unloading. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and high quality. The smaller size was well managed and organized well even for a family of four. Small extras of free snacks and Path waters were welcomed by our kids after a long flight on a hot day. Location is great (but it was extremely quiet inside despite being in a very lively area) and restaurants in-house were easy and delicious. Many nooks and books for reading or hanging out between events. All around great hotel in a great location!"

"Pretty good. But, I saw small cockaroach in the bathroom. Rugs need major cleaning. I am a pro animal and glad they accept small pets. However all carpets and rugs have major stains from animal waste."

"Wasn't happy with the dirty floors if my room, they definitely don't mop. It's all lvp floors obviously since it's a water park. The view of the dumpsters from my room was amazing as well. Too small of water activities and to many rooms. Very glad I got the deal I did from Expedia and that we only stayed the one night. Had the buffet and if the health department showed up the place would be shut down. Food was definitely sitting out too long and the staff there was to busy having small talk then checking food temperatures or helping out it's guests, only fresh thing was the flank steak but of course greedy patrons were taking whole steaks so they wait for steak was horrible. Unless you have small kids stay away far away"

"We absolutely loved our stay. A spacious room with comfortable beds. The art table, games and charcuterie / wine hour were all very much appreciated. Breakfast was lovely and a gluten free option was available. We used public transport to get around. The number 86 bus took us from right outside the hotel to the T in Harvard Square. There were lots of lovely shops and restaurants in Harvard which were worth a visit. We would definitely stay again."

"The rooms are spacious, comfotable and the amenities are incredible. The hotel has both indoor and outdoor pool and fitness center with all kinds of machines! The staff is great and the room service was very timely and responded very well to special requests!"
