"My wife and I stayed at a LaQuinta hotel in Arlington 5/16-5/17.
We had no water at all from Saturday afternoon until the time we left Sunday morning. This led to us leaving super early in morning as we had no place to shower or use the restroom, and did not have breakfast...one of the reasons we chose this hotel.
The smoke detector was missing from our room. I made the front desk aware Saturday around 4 PM, and nothing was done about it...at least up until the time we departed early Sunday morning. .
The refrigerator in our room froze our drinks. Yes one could argue this is trivial, but it shouldn't happen.
I'm a fan of LaQuinta, and stayed at this hotel because we're fans of the chain/brand.
We were promised that a manager would be in touch, but nobody has reached out. We even emailed the manager Sunday, and have not received any response.
We feel we should get a full refund.
