"The hotel was clean and tidy rooms are on the smaller size but were manageable! No aircon or cool areas to sit in made it a little unpleasant during some hot temperatures. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful!"

"Our room was all the way up top of the hotel. During the time of our stay, the weather was really hot. When we checked in, the room felt like we're in the sauna. There was no air conditioning, but there's a ceiling fan and a small desk fan. We had plans to do some sightseeing anyway so we were just hoping it'd cool down when we get back in the evening. And it did. We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable as well. We'll definitely stay here again if we're visiting this town...

"This hotel is right in the centre of Bern and in a refurbished old building. Its very clean and new inside. The rooms are small but are as advertised (Cozy) and have plenty of nice touches to make them functionable. We only stayed one night. The 'common areas' offer a social space with tea making and a communal kitchen to use if needed. The reception is on the 1st floor so an elevator or stairs is needed to reach it. "We only stayed for one night but we were happy with the room. It was a 10 minute walk from the station and walkable to all the sites we wanted to see. The room was quiet and had AC. I was traveling with my husband and our 2 teenage boys. They were happy to have their own single beds. The room had a small kitchen area with a kettle, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, and stove top. It is next to an Indian restaurant so you do smell Indian cuisine quite strongly in the hallway. We love Indian food...

"I was greeted after a long day of travelling by the front desk host, Tobias, who recognized that I had been before and was a returning guest. I received the room. Had requested which was for quiet. The gym which is not attached to the hotel is less then 25 feet away and has everything if not more then you might find at a hotel-excellent for working out. I was able to enjoy the rooftop patio bar and the view is beautifully stunning given the convenience of staying in the same hotel. I found it...

"Nice modern hotel with nicely appointed rooms that were very clean, had AC and WIFI. Location was great to get the Number 10 bus to town in only 10 minutes. Great large breakfast included each day. Front desk staff were very helpful answering questions we had."

"Beautiful large suite overlooking the river. The shower is small by North American standards but the hotel had Air Conditioning which is lovely. The restaurants are excellent. There was an issue with servicing the room but it was corrected immediately and overall this hotel is wonderful and absolutely stunning! Also the location is incredible."
