The only issue was we were there for an event and when we came back there was No parking available at hotel we had to park at the Restaurant next store. We were told we would not be towed by the Staff with their guarantee.. which we were not.. But it was a good stay"

"This was quite a nice surprise. We have stayed at a number of Wingates in various cities. This was by far the best of them. Nice comfortable bed. Spotless rooms, and a very good breakfast. Lots of variety. Shopping trip for my wife and I. Some pretty good deals to be had. A nice surprise was Costco was right around the corner."

"The hotel was really nice and the view superb! I enjoyed the view of the river. However, the hotel is connected to the casino and you can smell the cigarette smoke from the unloading lanes. The rooms however do not smell like cigarettes! You can only smell it from the elevator. I appreciated that valet was complimentary and there was a Continental breakfast! I would give the hotel and stay experience a 8.7 out of 10. I hate the smell of cigars and cigarettes. I wish they would have made that...

"We've stayed here many times and have noticed the hotel is starting to show wear and tear from the transient workers. Having grown up in the area, we refuse to pay a lot of money to stay in Monaca/Center Township, PA. We pulled in and two huge men (workers) were hanging out in the main entrance. Then, only one of our two keys worked despite three tips back and forth to try and fix it (battery needed changed). Then, there was only one tiny soap for two adults, staying two nights. "The mattress was low to the ground, well worn in that it canted to the edge, and not that comfortable. It is in need of replacement. This was the biggest issue with the room. The carpets in the room and hallway were pretty worn. They did look clean."
