I booked two rooms and when we got there, there was nobody at the front desk.Nobody at the store crossed the street.No one answered their phones.They still took my money and we had to go to a different hotel

There was nobody to check you In. A sign on the door to call a number or go to the gas station across the street to check in. Gas station was also closed. I call the corporate number to get a refund and they had me marked as a no show. I called the number 3-4 times nothing and I text. For a hotel that is showing available on hotels.com it isn’t represented very well.

Don’t book here

Bugs, dirty, no cable tv, filthy and smelly, the pictures online are NOT from that motel. Major issues with payment, asked to be released from the reservation, hotel agreed, but did not cancel online with, so was charged by Expedia as a no show 🙄. I did show, but this motel nasty, and false advertises.

This is a run down place ,.. the bed was terrible, awful smell in the room ,didn't feel safe ,.. we were the only people there ,..i just needed a place to sleep a few hours and then back on the road. We were out by 3:15 am and dont have any plans on returning. My wife says its the worst room she had seen in thirty years.. the only positive was the AC worked really good

Run down property. Sheets and towels nice and clean, water was warm and shower worked. However. but carpet was bad, floor in toilet was bad, outside door bad. For the price it was OK since no bed bugs.

One bed had a mattress that you could feel every spring in it, TV didn’t work at all and the bed linens aren’t made for this time of year. No top sheet and a very light bedspread. HVAC unit is on its last legs and very noisy. Probably wouldn’t stay there again

Just passing through town, and I would not stay here again unless I absolutely had to. I knew by the price somewhat I was getting into, but I still expected more. (Like basic cleanliness) The overall condition was run down, and that part I could deal with. I did NOT expect there to be hair on the bedsheets and some of the towels. I was thankful to be by myself so nobody could see the conditions I put myself in.

Reserve un cuarto de este hotel y llegue alrededor de las 11:30 pm y lo encontré cerrado, hice un reporte y el hotel no quiso reembolsarme mi dinero , asegurando que use el servicio lo cual no es verdad y puedo comprobarlo

We were delighted by this small hotel. Although the building is old, the room was clean and comfy, a pleasant surprise.

A Joke

The highlight of the one night stay was Kim's Diner next door. Definitely recommend it for good home cooked food & great service! Arrived at 7:30 Sunday evening. Sign on door gave a number to call "Ben" to check in. Called & no answer. Sign also said to go Conoco Station ( closed) or the Speedy something gas station to check in. Decided to go to Kim's & eat as they were still open and ask about check in there. Waitress told me to go to Speedy gas station as same person owned it & ask there. Family at next table overheard me ask & said that there was a "real" motel nearby ( Best Western) that I should stay in. I'd already paid for room when I booked thru Hotel.com so decided to change it IF I could find someone to let me in. The young man at Speedy was very nice & in fact pulled up my reservation on computer. After "checking in" with him, he told me to go back to motel & someone would meet me to let me in. At this point I would have just laughed it off as a quirky road trip experience, as I hadn't seen room yet. Just like he said, as soon as I pulled back in a lady suddenly appeared (out of room 1 I think) and said, " let me check it to make sure it's ready". She came back out and gave me a key to room 4. Unlocked door and had to shove on it 3 times to get it open due to carpet being torn under it and getting all wadded up. Window AC was off & probably 90 degrees inside, no wash cloths, no plastic cups or top sheet on bed. TV wouldn't work, stains on walls & ceiling, etc

Ok for the price

The carpet was dirty, shower tile ledge was falling apart, super basic room. But, the bed was comfortable and clean, the location is quiet, the heater worked well, and plenty of hot water

The Worst experience ever

This place is horrible and unsafe. I made a trip to Pampa and because it was in hotels.com I gave it a try. I drove there to find out there was no one ( NO EMPLOYEES ) to check me in and the parking lot was completely dark with on light and I felt unsafe and scary. Please keep in mind that I arrived at the property before 7 PM so there is no reason why a person should not be there. Instead was a empty and locked hotel. I drove back to Pampa and stayed at the Best Western Hotel as a walk in. I already contacted hotels.com and requested a refund and this place was not even allowing me to have a refund. Thanks hotels.com for your help. This place is not good and it should not be listed at Hotels.com. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE . To the owner at this place: Make sure you have people working when guests arrived and also turn on the lights because is sure not safe the way you are running the property.
