"I liked the location, but the hotel needs refurbishment. Elevators are beat up, floors are worn and look bad, carpet needs replacement. Person checking us in was unfamiliar with property and procedures, it seemed. Housekeeping staff had to assist regarding room types. Despite my persistence, they gave other family members our room and gave us thier accessible room. Didn't figure out till morning. Furniture is old and appears mismatched. Mother had ringer off on phone, and staff refused to give me her room number so I could check on her and disabled brother. Didn't even check for us or request permission to give us room number, etc. Roaches in lobby bathroom, trash on floor and halls."
