"The property was under construction and looked nothing like the photos. Then once getting in the room, the tub was so dirty that my mom grabbed the towels to clean it and they were completely black. She then threw them away and while Checking out, they tried to charge her for the towels she used to clean their dirty tub. Awful experience and will never book here again."

"Overall we had a great stay, but it started out very disappointing. My husband and I were on a getaway for his 50th birthday and we had stayed in a bed and breakfast the night before. I had scheduled spa appointments at 1pm so we figured we would go to the hotel early and see if they weren't sold out on a random Thursday night and perhaps they might have a room ready. "The staff was awesome, especially Mr. Fehim He goes beyond the meaning of customer service and I will challenge anyone who says otherwise! He brought me anything that I needed including an iron and ironing board. This is a place to get a good night sleep and rest for whatever you need to do the next day. When I come back to Saginaw, I will be coming back to stay there and looking for Mr. Fehim!"
