"Pleasantly surprised. I was expecting the hotel to not live up to my expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised that the reviews matched the experience. The staff, including valet, were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, although I still clean every hotel room I go to and always buy the essentials. And…the best park is there are a lot of necessities within walking distance; Target, restaurants, the MALL 😱. Gym is 24/7 and you can get a day pass to the Plant Fitness as well. In my room, I also had microwave and mini fridge, but not sure 🤔 if it’s available in all rooms. Overall, I would recommend this hotel."

"First day i got there the only one lady at the “front desk”completely ignore me by pretending she didn’t work there, unfortunately for her I stayed at the lobby longer that she had anticipated and had no option but to move behind the desk and ask me “if I needed help” I found that very disrespectful, after that day I never saw her again and for most my stay the staff was ok."

"Check-in was confusing and poorly organized, which made the start of the stay frustrating. The room itself was fine and comfortable, but the photos on the website were misleading and didn’t match what we saw in person. Overall, an okay room but not the experience we expected."

"Brand new space. Our room was so clean!! Smelled clean. The location is perfect and walkable to restaurants, bars, grocery store. The game room was so much fun. Our host was the absolute best. Excellent communication from start to finish. Excited to return."

"Place didn't exist. Host did not respond to requests to clarify check-in. Upon arriving, the location was not as described and an individual who answered the door informed our party this was not a rental property. Had to last minute book elsewhere."
