"My first room was not to our satisfaction, stained pillows, stained mattress, air conditioner didn't work etc. However the manager Ali helped us out. Staff was nice and courteous, the 2nd room a deluxe suite was much much better than the first. We only ended up staying 3 days but it was nice. Do pay attention that there is a 50 dollar deposit at checkout, it's not obvious on the booking site but it is hidden in the details. Do try to rent a deluxe room if you're not too tight on money you'll be...

"The check in/out was quick, which I appreciated. The room was very basic. The location was convenient, only a 10 minute commute tho the downtown area. Not the most luxurious place, but for the price it was good. "

"Pros: This apartment/hotel was excellent for my party of 4 - with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, dining table area, and living room. It was literally 1 block away from the Murat Theatre/Old National Centre, so it was a quick/easy walk to go see a show there! If I ever see another show there, I will stay here again! All of the codes/instructions needed to access the parking garage, building, elevator, and room were daunting, but once we got the hang of it, it was easy! Felt very safe...
