"We were very disappointed with our stay. Even though we informed the hotel in advance that it was my wife’s birthday, there was no acknowledgment at all. We didn’t expect anything extravagant, but even a simple birthday card or a handwritten “Happy Birthday” note would have been a thoughtful gesture. There was no cake, no bottle of champagne, and no effort to make the occasion feel special.

"The room was clean and comfortable but I think a round dining table would have been a better arrangement than the sofa lounge next to the TV.
Glass sliding doors were not clean. Everything else was very good."
